Part-Time Content Creator

Position Overview

Chilly Ben’s Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a creative and dependable Part-Time
Content Creator to help us tell our story.

This isn’t your typical marketing job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking photos,
shooting videos, creating short-form social media content, and coming up with creative ways to
showcase our team and the work we do.

You’ll get to follow our team in the field, capture interesting HVAC jobs, film installations,
highlight our employees, meet customers, and show people what goes on behind the scenes at
a growing local business.

This is a great opportunity for a high school senior, college student, or someone looking to build
real-world experience and a portfolio in marketing, social media, photography, or video
production.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Shoot photos and short-form videos for social media
• Create simple Reels, TikToks, and other social content
• Capture before-and-after photos and videos of projects
• Interview employees and occasionally customers
• Follow our team in the field to capture HVAC jobs and installations
• Brainstorm creative content ideas
• Organize photos and videos for our marketing team
• Help showcase our employees, company culture, and day-to-day work
• Help tell the Chilly Ben’s story through engaging social media content

Requirements

• Comfortable taking photos and shooting video
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable interacting with employees and customers
• Willing to travel locally with our team to job sites
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Previous professional marketing experience is not required. We care more about creativity, personality, dependability, and a willingness to learn than a fancy résumé or professional portfolio.

Schedule & Location

• Approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling around school or another job
• Based in Franklin, Kentucky
• Occasional local travel with our team to jobs in the surrounding area
• Paid position
